You can now receive your monthly pension directed in your account maintained in any scheduled bank including National Saving Centre. You simply need to send us the option form attested by the bank of your choice. By opting for this system, your monthly Pension will be automatically credited to your bank account on the first of every month, without sending any bills.
Pakistan Military Accounts Department (PMAD) is an attached Department of Ministry of Defence mainly responsible for making payments to the Armed Forces, maintaining accounts thereof and rendering financial advice to defence authorities. The undersigned is directed to state that according to para 16(e) of the Finance Division's O.M. No. 1(5)-Imp/2001 dated 4th September, 2001 the benefit of restoration of surrendered portion of pension in lieu of commutation/gratuity was withdrawn.
